You should also consider the spectacular Firemouth Cichlids, native from Central American countries like Belize, Guatemala and even Mexico. They have a really marvelous and vibrant orange color to which their name makes reference. Even though they may become aggressive or territorial towards other species, they are not as bad as other Cichlids and won’t therefore generate too much trouble to beginners.
